Exchange window
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
- Exchanges are accepted in cases of:
- Size issues
- Incorrect product received

We offer free exchanges for size-related issues.

Email us at support@champaq.in with your Order ID and reason for exchange.

Share product images
Please share a few clear images of the product to help us verify and process your request quickly.

Exchange approval
Once approved, we will confirm your exchange and arrange a free reverse pickup.

Choose your replacement
You can exchange your product for:
Another size, or
The correct product of the same value

Price difference (If Any)
If the replacement product is of higher value, the price difference will need to be
paid online.
Condition of the product
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and labels must be intact
- The item should be neatly folded and properly packed
Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible.
Refunds
- Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of defective products.
- If you receive a defective item, please email us with:
- Your order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defect
Refunds are processed to the original payment method or to a bank account shared by you.
Exceptional returns
In rare cases where a return is approved without a delivery or product defect, a ₹100 deduction will be applied to the refund.
This covers reverse pickup and logistics costs.
Important notes
- Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches. These are not considered defects.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for minor colour or design variations.
- If our review shows that damage occurred due to customer handling, a refund will not be applicable.
- Please do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.
- Each order is eligible for only one exchange or return request.
- Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
- Size-related issues are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
