We aim to keep shipping clear and predictable, so you know what to expect once you place an order.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 

Delivery Timelines

  • Most orders across India are delivered within 5–8 working days after dispatch.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability or operational factors.
  • Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India may take up to 10 working days.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express, depending on service availability for your delivery location.

 

Delivered but not received?

In most cases, delivered orders are received by family members, neighbours, or building security.

If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven’t received the order:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
  • We will raise the issue with our courier partner and investigate the matter.

In genuine cases, refunds are processed after verification. The investigation process may take up to 10 working days.

Requests raised after the mentioned timeline may be difficult to resolve, and we may not be able to take further action.
